In a press release announcing the rebranding, Cam Weber, Executive Vice President at EA Sports, celebrated the 30 history of the franchise and spoke of a “new era” that the developer wants to “take global football experiences to new heights. EA also assured fans that all of the franchise’s best-known game modes like Ultimate Team, Career Mode, VOLTA, and more will remain with EA Sports FC in this new future, as well as its partnerships with the world’s biggest soccer leagues like Premier League, Bundesliga, MLS, LaLiga, and over 300 other license partners....
Indeed, Battlefront is one of the most sought-after games of this year, with Star Wars fans waiting in anticipation for further news about the project. Minds have been set racing in the gaming community, with wish lists of special characters and speculation over what other franchises could work with a Battlefront-style spin-off. EA, meanwhile, has continued to reveal information about the game, and even discussed the “complicated” relationship that the Battlefront series holds with the larger Star Wars canon....

In order to reach the secret Doom level in Dying Light 2, players must first collect 5 black rubber ducks scattered around the map. For the next part of the Easter egg to be completed, players must have finished the main quest called Broadcast, as the secret chamber is located in the building where the quest takes place. Once all the black ducks have been collected a door that was previously locked will now be open, allowing players access to the Doom-themed chamber....

XIII-2 will feature the same paradigm fighting system from XIII and will look to bridge the gap more between cut scenes and playable scenarios. To this end, XIII-2 will feature cinematic action sequences that are quick-time events during battles. While quick-time events are certainly nothing new, it is nice to see Square trying to get the player a little more involved in the grand, cinematic battles often shown, but never before really played in Final Fantasy games....
We got a chance to go hands-on with the YooStar on MTV, as well as the improved software, at E3 2011 - and, while there are still some kinks, there’s also plenty of promise in the upcoming installment. There’s no doubt that the team at Blitz Games Studios has been listening to feedback from Yoostar fans, and detractors, alike. In our YooStar 2 review we highlighted a number of areas that needed improvement, most notably - robust video sharing (via YouTube) and improved detection/recognition (since the on-screen images were often grainy, even in ideal lighting)....
The soccer sim is one of the longest-running franchises around, and by this point plenty of fans expect mere evolutions to the tried-and-tested formula of the series. However, EA Sports certainly seems to have something new in store for players with FIFA 17. As it turns out, the next iteration of the franchise is going to include a brand new gameplay mode known as The Journey. This new mode seems to focus on a single character, an up-and-coming player called Alex Hunter....
The Ubisoft press conference is usually quite a spectacle with music guests, professional dancers, and the occasional celebrity appearance (though they probably can’t top Keanu). Ubisoft confirmed a new Watch Dogs ahead of the show, so more details on that game feel like a very safe bet. Whether or not the rumored Assassin’s Creed game makes an appearance may be more of a gamble. Whatever ends up happening on stage, Ubisoft fans definitely won’t want to miss a chance to watch along at home....

However, just because the studio hasn’t been shotgunning gameplay footage across the Internet, doesn’t mean that they’re only in the early stages of delivering the next Battlefront installment. Speaking to investors during Electronic Arts’ Fiscal Year 2014 Quarter 1 earnings call, EA Games Label president Frank Gibeau offered an update on their next Galaxy Far, Far Away shooter experience - claiming that the title is “well into development.” The update shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone who has been following the game’s lengthy journey from cancellation (while at Free Radical) to suggestions that DICE practically “begged” to take on development - even before Disney officially shuttered LucasArts....
In a recent Tweet, EA revealed to its fans that the health of the community is the number one priority. It, therefore, has decided to make decisions about events in the near future to keep that community as safe as possible. This aligns with other community events, like in Austin Texas where the SXSW event was canceled just one week before it began due to concerns with the coronavirus....
So far, within its four upcoming games of 2023, EA has said it will release a remake, a sports title, a partner title, and a major unannounced IP. For many fans, the remake game EA is working on is a fairly obvious one and the majority of gamers are expecting it to be the Dead Space reboot. While Dead Space has no certain release date as yet, it is expected to come in early 2023 and has recently released a new gameplay video....
