Since, contrary to popular opinion after the Microsoft press conference, players will actually be able to explore a large chunk of Albion in Fable: The Journey, we thought it important to report-on the context for this adventure. The final outcome of Dying Light 2’s story heavily relies on what choices the player has made during the game, with three key moments being the determining factor in which ending the player will receive. These three key factors are whether Hakon is alive or not, who is in control of the VNC Tower, and who players decide to save at the end of the game. These choices can lead to completely different conclusions....

The latest way that Techland has found a way to give a shot in the arm to the global interest in Dying Light 2 is by launching the Bloody Summer event. The thing that stands out is that it’s not just a way to keep people coming back to play the game that launched just a few months back. It’s also a rather unique way to generate some interest in going back in the game, even for those who might have already beaten it once....

Techland’s clip not only encompasses examples of zombies in film and television such as the creatures from George A. Romero’s horror classic Night of the Living Dead and the rage-induced zombies from Danny Boyle’s 28 Days Later, but it also features an iteration of the T-Virus tainted monsters from Resident Evil and its remakes. Of course, the footage wouldn’t have been complete if the developer left out its own creations, as it ends with a look at a live-action version of Dying Light’s the Volatile....

Koei Tecmo revealed its mobile Dynasty Warriors game during a live stream event. During the show, the developer showed of single-player footage, with both portrait and landscape gameplay and touch-based controls. Players can swap between different fighters mid-battle. Warriors can pull off explosive and powerful attacks just like the console counterparts from both the mainline Dynasty Warriors and Dynasty Warriors spin-off titles. There’s no tutorial or instructions in Journey. Instead, the game opening focuses on a mountain in the distance, inviting the player to make his or her way towards this structure. While the never-ending sands of the desert may seem overwhelming, the game is quite linear and the mountain serves as a reference point. If the player ventures forth in the wrong direction or fails to complete a task before venturing forward, the sands will begin to rumble and winds will begin to blow....

Xbox Game Pass has been a major focus for Microsoft in recent years, and it will continue to be a main pillar of its games industry strategy moving forward. Considering this, it’s highly likely that Microsoft will use its platform at E3 2021 to highlight Xbox Game Pass. This could include reminding fans what Xbox Game Pass already brings to the table, as well as what else Microsoft is doing to make it a must-have service....

For those that may not know, Elden Ring’s reveal trailer was also shown at E3, but this was two years ago in 2019. This puts fans in a difficult spot, because while it would be perfect for the game to make a return two years later on the same stage, history has shown time and time again that getting excited for Elden Ring news only leads to disappointment.
