This Year’s EA Play Live Is Coming in July

Echoing previous years, Electronic Arts (EA) will forgo E3 2021 and instead share details about its upcoming titles at its own annual games showcase. The company has announced via Twitter that EA Play Live will take place on July 22.

What Should You Expect From EA Play Live 2021?

Unfortunately, EA hasn’t given us much more info than the event date.

We don’t know what games will be featured on the day, but fans have their fingers crossed that we’ll see the next installment in the Battlefield franchise (especially since its reveal was confirmed for June).

The possibilities are endless, really. You can hope for sneak peeks of the upcoming Need for Speed or Dragon Age titles, but it’s almost certain that we’ll get more of EA’s widely successful FIFA and Madden series.

Apex Legends will probably get a good amount of screen time as well—the battle royale game has appeared at every EA Play since its release in February 2019.

Don’t Miss EA Play Live 2021

If this year’s EA Play Live is anything like that of last year, you’ll be able to catch the livestream on YouTube, Twitch, or the official EA website.
